Ingredients

• Potatoes
• egg
• flour
• cayenne pepper
• salt
• oil

Instructions

• Shred potatoes
• Mix with eggs
• Mix with flour
• Season with cayenne pepper and salt
• Fry in oil

Serve with sour cream and/or applesauce.
